Tamari is a soy sauce alternative that is lower in salt and usually gluten-free. It’s higher in protein than soy sauce and contains antioxidants. It also has a smoother and more balanced flavor than soy sauce.

Umeboshi paste is a condiment originating in Japan. It’s made by pickling, drying unripe green plums in a series of steps with sea salt & red shiso (beefsteak) leaves over several weeks. They are then aged for up to a year in large kegs.

It’s known for cleansing the liver, promoting gastrointestinal health, strengthening bones, preventing oral diseases and cavities, stabilizing blood sugar and blocking cancer growth. ๐Ÿšฑ๐Ÿงผ

Kuzu is a starch powder made from the root of the kudzu plant. It’s used as a remedy for colds, sore throats, headaches, hangovers and upset stomach.

It reduces inflammation, eases upset stomachs, may help with hot flashes and night sweats, and contains antioxidant phytonutrients that boost health. ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš•๏ธ
