Chia Seed Donuts

Below I share the recipe for these out-the-door chia power donuts from the cookbook “The Oh She Glows Cookbook” by Angela Liddon.

Recipe:
3/4 c oat flour (you can grind whole oats into flour)
1/2 c chia seeds
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c pure maple syrup
1/2 c non-dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla
Coconut-Lemon whipped cream* (for dipping or drizzling)

You can bake them as donuts or as muffins if you don’t have a donut pan. Enjoy!
